By accessing or using Mivian ("the Service"), operated by Jesse Kayombo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Mivian is an AI-powered screenshot generation tool that creates App Store and Play Store marketing assets. The service allows users to:

  • Upload app screenshots
  • Generate AI-powered backgrounds and layouts
  • Export mockups in multiple device sizes
  • Download ready-to-use marketing assets

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Mivian operates on a credit-based system:

  • Credits are purchased in advance and used for generation
  • 1 credit allows generation of 4 mockups
  • Credits do not expire
  • Payments are processed securely through Paddle

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Create misleading or fraudulent marketing materials
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the screenshots you upload. Generated mockups are licensed to you for commercial use. Mivian retains rights to the underlying AI models, templates, and service infrastructure.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mivian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
